LeadMap Pro operates as a productivity and search aggregation tool designed to format publicly accessible business data. LeadMap Pro is an independent commercial solution and is not affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or certified by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc. All trademarks, trade names, and company logos referenced remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

4. Intellectual Property

All interface designs, proprietary source code, branding, logos, documentation, and user experiences are the exclusive property of LeadMap Pro and protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, LeadMap Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
